District Council Meeting #1

District officers and the Presidents and Vice-President Education of every club in the District (i.e., the District Council) are expected to be present at the District Council Meeting. 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲, 𝒃𝒖𝒕 𝒅𝒐 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒓𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝒗𝒐𝒕𝒆 𝒐𝒓 𝒂𝒅𝒅𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒍𝒚. At this meeting, reports and progress toward District goals are presented. At the first meeting, the district budget is adopted, and appointed officers and action to fill any vacancies are confirmed.
