European Reformation Committee Chair Morag Mathieson presented the draft proposal for the reformation of our two districts during a joined streamed session. The draft proposal is the result of an intense exploration of over 20 possible options. On scrutinizing, most of them turned out to have too many disadvantages to be viable options. Spain, Portugal and Andorra: I would recommend and suggest adding Gibralter. Yes, this is a “hot” political potato. But, this Crown colony on the Iberian penninsula will one day have its own TM organization. Not today, nor tomorrow, nor next week. But, best plan ahead. Best wishes and warm regards. Dear Mike, at the moment Gibraltar is not included in the boundaries of our District. Hopefully a club will be there soon and that club (and country) will join the District soon. Maybe you could facilitate this in happening?
