The Program Quality Director (PQD) plans and directs District training programs
(Club Officer Training, District Officer Training) to ensure that Club, Area and Division leaders receive proper training.
This includes selecting and supporting training coordinators and facilitators. 

The PQD also manages a network of training facilitators and gathers feedback from training participants.

At the end of the administrative year, the PQD collaborates with the incoming Director
to ensure the smooth transition of training programs.
