Reformation plan approved

In August 2016 the Toastmasters International Board of Directors approved the reformation plan of District 59 and 95. The plan foresees a transition year starting July 1st, 2017 and until June 30th, 2018. On July 1st, 2018 District 59 and 95 will be split in six different districts.
